SCHEDULED PICKUP

• Pick up Location is Vintage Vendors 866 Taunton Rd West Oshawa.

Pick up Dates and Time: Please call and schedule an appointment with David Boyce 416-704-0995.

• May 29th, 2025, from 11:00am to 6pm
• FRIDAY May 30, 2025, from 11:00am to 7:30 pm

PAYMENT: We do not charge the credit card you have on file with hibid.

• Preferred payment method is E-TRANSFER. Please send your E-TRANSFER prior to pick up to: auction@vintagevendors.ca
• Please include your bid card # Thanks so much!
• Please bring boxes & any needed packing material.
• Please call and schedule an appointment with David Boyce 416-704-0995.
• Please do not just arrive without an appointment
• Please schedule your pickup date & time. **As always shipping is available.

Once payment is received for auction settlement we can get you a quote for shipping. You will be sent shipping settlement quote approximately 1 week after the auction closes. Please note that shipping should be paid for within 24 hours after receiving your shipping settlement as shipping charges fluctuate and rates cannot be guaranteed. When your shipping settlement is paid for your items will be shipped.

WE HAVE LIMITED STORAGE SPACE

Please note that if items are not picked up on the scheduled dates or if shipping is not paid for after receiving shipping settlement quote your items will be considered abandoned. If you are unable to pick-up the items during the scheduled dates and times, please call David Boyce 416-704-0995. SHIPPING is available SHIPPING AND PACKAGING FEES will be calculated once the invoice is paid for.

Packaging & Handling fee $5.95 per bubble envelope PLUS POSTAGE with Tracking Packaging & Handling fee $16.95 per box PLUS POSTAGE with Tracking.
